Computer Repair
Service Calls
For service calls we charge $60
per computer this includes the first hour of service
and an additional $50 per hour billed to the minute.
In Shop Repair
When you bring your PC to us we
charge a $25 shop fee. You can have us pick up your
PC for a fee of $40. We then charge $35 per hour of
rendered service billed to the minute.

Why choose M-TEC?
M-TEC has a
special rule. If any computer will cost
more to fix than the computer is worth,
M-TEC will call you before working on the
computer. We will explain the problem and
let you decide if you want to proceed. If
you decide not to have the computer fixed
you will not be charged anything. In a
case such as this, M-TEC will offer to
transfer all the information on your
computer to a CD so you may put it on your
new computer. This service has a charge of
$45. If you agree to donate the computer
to
M-TEC's ED Program, M-TEC will waive
the $45 fee.

Software and Hardware
Software problems can
be very frustrating, and most repair shops only fix
hardware problems. M-TEC does it all. Software or
Hardware, it makes no difference to us. We guarantee
we will fix it or you don't pay, it is that simple.
